On Wednesday 14th October, a group of children took part in the second round of the Inter-schools cycling competition.

On Friday 3rd July we went on a whole school trip to Frinton.  We had a really lovely day playing in the sea and building sandcastles.

From the 10th until the 12th June Year 4 went to Cuffley Camp.  We had a great time; read all about our adventures!

On Friday 15th May, Year 4 visited the Henry Moore Foundation to link with their learning in art.

The Year 4 children held their own election, resulting in William being in charge for an afternoon!  The children all had lots of fun and learnt lots about how an election is held.

Year 4 enjoyed a visit from Setpoint during which all of the children made band rollers, linking to their science and technology learning.

On Tuesday 24th February we had a visit from Chris and Natalie who work for West End Theatre in Schools.  They performed 'Space Jump' for us.

We had a lot of fun out in the snow.  We were pleased that we were all wrapped up very warm!

Mr Gore brought his lorry into school to help teach the children about road safety.  He taught them about where the 'blind spots' are on lorries and they had the opportunity to get very close to the lorry - the tyres are bigger than you think!

The Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 children did a fantastic production of 'Hey Ewe' on 12th, 15th and 16th December.

Today we took part in a variety of art and craft activities to make decorations to decorate the school with in preparation for the Christmas Market on Friday.  We made a different decoration in each class.  Here's some pictures of what we made  ...

On 21st October we went to the Fitzwilliam Museum to link with our topic learning about the Ancient Greeks.  We had a great time!
