“This year’s Schoolympics was even better than last year. I did the basketball tournament and relay. The first match we played was easy, we won 7-0! The second match was harder and we lost 1-0.  We still got Bronze medals and had the best time.” Ashton

“Schoolympics was really good. I took part in the athletics and relay. I enjoyed the javelin the most in Athletics. It was like throwing little rockets across the field! We also did a hurdles race and a collecting race.” Maja

“My event was the basketball. The training was really fun, we got to practise shooting, passing and dribbling. Then we started the tournament. We got put into groups and on our first match we played Austria and won 7-0! The second match we played New Zealand, we were not so lucky, as they won 1-0. We still came third and got a bronze medal.” Alex

“Schoolympics was really good. I took part in the BMX event. First we did some training and practise laps, then it was time for the races. My partner and I got GOLD medals! We were both really happy. When we got the medal we both cheered!” Year 4 student
