25 Year 3 and 4 pupils walked down to Greneway to take part in a number of athletic events lead by the Year 8 sports leaders.
The children were able to experience jumping into the long jump pits, running around a 300m track, sprinting for 75m and throwing a tennis ball as far as the can.
They all had a fabulous time and Mr Dowler commented on their determination, ability and positive attitude when having a go at each event.
