All the children competed in their team relay races first, where each team had a pupil from Reception to Y4. The Y4 leaders did a brilliant job of organising their team, helping the younger children and encouraging everyone. Great sportsmanship and lots of smiles were shown by all.
The children then took part in their final 1 lap races; which they have been working on in their athletics lessons as their 1 lap challenge. The Year 4s then amazed us with their fantastic change overs in their relay races.
This year the Yellow team were the overall winners and the Red team won the relays.
