The theme of this assembly was ‘We’re going on a Bear Hunt’. The children shared the work they had undertaken on story settings. This involved the children using actions to describe the key settings explored in the story as well at the children sharing the new settings they created for the shared story. To end the assembly the children performed the ‘We’re going on a Bear Hunt’ song. This was a fun song enjoyed by all as it involved lots of actions. The children once again did themselves proud. Well done Reception!
