They enjoyed the shared story and performance of ‘Space Jump’. ‘Space Jump’ begins with two friends cloud watching. The story continues with one of the friends, Claire, being taken over by Alien intelligence. She learns that the aliens are visiting Earth to learn about the wonderful human skill of imagination. In order to do this the aliens take over the body of Claire to undertake their alien mission!
On returning to class the children drew a picture of what they believed the alien in the story would look like. As you will see by the pictures, the play truly captured the children’s imagination. All the staff were very impressed with how well they sat throughout the hour long performance and how they engaged with the story. A great time was had by all!
