To ensure that we never fall and hurt ourselves like Jack did the children learnt about staying safe and how to roll in new and controlled ways.
The adults demonstrated good rolling body positions, then we had a go.
We also measured the distances our new techniques could help us travel safely.
Ollie travelled the furthest in a log roll position.
