I am a Senior Civil Servant, currently working at the Department of Health and Social Care, but with 11 years’ experience as a policy advisor at the Department for Education.  During my time at the Department for Education, my work has included advising Ministers on teachers’ pay & conditions and behaviour & attendance in schools.  I also led school improvement projects in three deprived areas in the East of England.   

Before joining the governing body at Studlands Rise, I was chair of governors at a high needs special school in Lambeth, South London.   I have two children at Studlands Rise and have lived locally since 2016.
